We just wanted to say that Sunbus (Avalon Airport Transfers) offer a great service and to thank your staff who were very friendly, helpful and calm despite having to deal with a lot of people at one time and no doubt the odd cantankerous customer.

Your drivers were also very knowledgeable and added little insights about Melbourne that were helpful during our stay(s). They also went out of their way to be of assistance to us on each occasion they picked us up from our accommodation."
