Fares

• Fares for Avalon Airport Transfers are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to Government (Or Private Enterprise) imposed taxes, tolls and any other unforeseen fees/charges.
• Payment for Avalon Airport Transfers tickets purchased at Avalon Airport or Southern Cross Station can only be made with cash. No credit card facilities are available.
• Payment for bookings made via our online booking page can be made with Visa or Mastercard only.

Cancellation Policy

All tickets are issued subject to the following terms and conditions:

This ticket is non-refundable. In the event of a change in itinerary, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your travel to amend. Changes are strictly prohibited within 24 hours of scheduled departure. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for and cannot guarantee that any changes can be made as a result of notifications outside these time limits and regret that we cannot compensate you for any inconvenience or loss incurred as a result.

Conditions of travel: Smoking, drug & alcohol consumption is prohibited on Sita Coaches services. On arrival into Avalon Airport you must check-in at the Customer Service Counter prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to check-in will result in an automatic transfer to the following service. Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person. Sita Coaches accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or personal items, passengers are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.
